2nd Annual Red Tent Convergence Women's Festival of the PNW

Friday, March 22, 2019, 7:00 PM

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the second annual Red Tent Convergence Women's Festival of the Pacific Northwest over the spring equinox weekend of 2019. This year, we will be extending invitations not only to red tents all over the Pacific Northwest but we have also partnered with the Global Sisterhood and will invite Sister Circles from around the Northwest to create opportunities for connection, healing, empowerment, recognition, and celebration all over the world. It is our hopes and dreams that our women's Convergence would grow each year that we hold space for women who understand the importance of this type of an event. A festival for women, by women, about women! Our theme for this year is "Women Emanate." To emanate means "to come from a source; to send out or give out to manifest." This year's festival is a place to gather, to create, to be inspired, to discover or re-discover your voice: a place of healing so that our stories may ripple out into the world and heal others. We co-create a safe, supportive, and empowered environment where the possibility of all that we women continue to hope for in this world can be manifested. This festival will include workshops, meditation, movement, and music performances along with ceremonies that will enhance your experience and expression of the divine feminine.  PLEASE NOTE:  We have a limited number of tickets available for lodging in one of our retreat houses or glamping cottages and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will assign rooms based on groups that may be coming together and will contact you to discuss your options before issuing the assignment.  All other tickets will be tent camping, weather permitting.  In the event of rain, we will put up tents inside the Alice, our 2,400-square-foot event space (please note: hard concrete floor; bring an adequate mat if this is a problem for you).  All cooking will be done indoors with meals in the event space or one of the retreat houses. Schedule of workshops and events: Friday night:  Opening the circle -- Lighting the fire Saturday morning:  Sharpening our intuitive senses -- Let nature be our guide Saturday afternoon: Creating your own sacred rituals -- Honoring and celebrating you Saturday evening:  Music, connection, and dance Sunday morning: Fallen Five Community Art Project - Nature art to remind us of our connection to Mother Earth Sunday afternoon:  Closing the circle - Passing the light FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
