Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Festival
On November 22, 2019, celebrate the first wine of the harvest at Headwaters at the Heathman Hotel in Portland. Join 400+ local professionals, Francophones, and foodies and enjoy a night bursting with fine French foods, French and local wines, live music, and charitable giving.
Based on the French tradition of celebrating the release of the Beaujolais Nouveau wine, Portland’s 18th annual Beaujolais Nouveau wine Festival will combine the traditional welcoming of the Beaujolais Nouveau with tastings of other wines and specialties of France. Culinary partner, Headwaters at the Heathman, under the leadership of Executive Chef Michael Campbell and James Beard award-winning chef Vitaly Paley, will provide the gourmet buffet throughout the Heathman Hotel's mezzanine and ground level Library.
Join us for one of the largest festivals of its kind on the west coast! General admission includes a buffet, a silent auction, raffles, and wine tastings. Enjoy the closing of the harvest season and the opening of the holiday season, in a unique, French-themed ambiance and celebrate the French art de vivre.
This event benefits the nonprofit missions of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Pacific Northwest and the Alliance Française of Portland.
