Parts 1 & 2 must be completed to receive a Certificate of Completion Part 1 Date: Monday, April 15, 2019 Time: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Part 2 Date: Monday, April 22, 2019 Time: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Instructor: Charles Hesson, CS/CSW/WSET Tasting Room Manager, Alexana Winery Course description: "Connect To The Consumer” There is a reason why we make more award-winning wines by volume than anyplace else in the U.S.! This Tasting Room Associate & Hospitality (TRAHC) Level 200 course, taught by Certified Sommelier Charles Hesson from Alexana Winery, builds on the Level I00 course by taking a deep dive into Willamette Valley’s unique terroir and winemaking styles, from soil, to vineyard to bottle.  It will help you connect with more discriminating wine buyers in your tasting room by being able to better explain why they should buy our outstanding wines and join our wine clubs. Topics to be covered: The Missoula Floods Viticulture Oenology Classes are open to the public. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
