MEN ONLY!  Yeah, we know it’s ironic that we are women teaching this men’s workshop! But we love men and want you to be happy and healthy!We’ve noticed that men don’t usually get their fair share of support with self-care that is designed specifically for their needs and goals. We are changing that!Did you know that you can take care of or prevent about 80% of your health concerns at home? You just need the right tools and know how to use them.Our research-based workshop will explore how men can take charge of their health by creating simple, safe and effective daily habits. You’ll learn about optimal nutrition and informed self-care to support a happy and healthy life. In this fun and interactive program we will go over supplementation, essential oils and other natural options. Some topics we’ll cover are:⁃ The importance of rest and stress reduction⁃ How to optimize athletic performance ⁃ Energy and focus⁃ Preventing injuries ⁃ Reducing recovery time⁃ How and why to mitigate the toxic exposures we have in today's world. If you have specific health concerns, please let us know and we can discuss options personalized to your needs. Your instructors: Pamella has a background as a nutritional consultant and believes in empowering people to learn how to manage their day to day health and wellbeing using natural, safe and effective methods. She customizes protocols to meet individual needs and lifestyles. In addition, she was a personal trainer for over 10 years emphasizing natural and holistic methods to increase strength. Pamella worked in Juvenile Detention for over 20 years and knows first-hand that men of all ages want and need support. Meaghan is mother of two very athletic teenaged boys and she understands how to prevent and recover from injuries, increase stamina and create general foundational fuel for the body to operate at its best. She has an athletic background as well as a dancer for over 30 years. Meaghan has also taught yoga classes and retreats for over 13 years and has been educating people on the power of essential oils for health for 8 years.
