Parish Collective has partnered with the Greater Northwest Area of the United Methodist Church to bring this transformative 90-Day learning experience to ministry leaders from diverse expressions across the region.The New Parish Learning Community is a proven pathway for leaders who want to see their congregation or missional group become a compelling expression of love and care in, with, and for the neighborhood. Includes 3 High Impact Intensives (Culture Labs) 2.5 days each Coaching Support Circles between Intensives Field Work Guide and Strategy Canvas Online Peer Learning Group Curated Parish Immersions (Urban, Suburban, Rural) FREE Ticket to Inhabit 10 Year Anniversary Gathering 2020 Invitation to ongoing peer-learning collective What To Expect Over the course of the 3 months, participants will meet for three Culture Labs (these are intensives that begin on a Thursday evening and ends early Saturday afternoon) with peer support, course readings, and field experiments in between. Teams and individuals discern and implement intentional steps toward growing presence, working as a team, and collaborating with others in their context. Each participant is welcomed into an ongoing peer learning collective upon completion of the learning community.
