Portland Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis
The Take Steps walk is a benefit for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation whose mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and to improve the quality of life of children and adults living with these diseases. By joining Take Steps, you will become part of the IBD community, who not only provide support to each other, but who, together, are actively raising money to support the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation fund research into better treatments and ultimately cures for IBD. Join the Take Steps movement to raise funds for IBD and we can celebrate together at the Portland, OR Take Steps event.
Take Steps is more than a walk with food, fun and games. It’s a community that brings together patients, families, and caregivers in a celebration that will leave you feeling empowered and inspired.
Join us and have a lasting effect on the lives of the estimated 3.1 million Americans suffering from these chronic and debilitating diseases.
The walk is about 1.3 miles and is a flat, family-friendly stroll along Naito Parkway.
The event is free, but we encourage donations by fundraising through established teams or creating your own!
