Second Winds Community Bands of McMinnville Presents: "The Musical Menagerie - Music for Animal Lovers!"

Come to beautiful downtown McMinnville and enjoy a musical concert of animal-themed music! Representing the canine family will be music by Arthur Pryor and Randall Standridge ("The Whistler and His Dog"; "That Old Hound Dog Rag"); Felines large and small will be represented by Elton John and Tim Rice ("The Lion King") and Leroy Anderson ("The Waltzing Cat") and the equine branch of the tree will be represented by none other than America's own "March King", John Phillip Sousa ("The Black Horse Troop")! Second Winds own jazz ensemble, the 99 West Jazz Band, will make sure that the avians are represented by George Shearing's "Lullaby of Birdland", and extra-terrestrials (!) with Tom Kramer and Alf Clausen's "Theme From ALF"!
This is a benefit concert with all proceeds donated to the McMinnville Chapter of Homeward Bound!

Cost: Free admission, but donations are accepted for the McMinnville Chapter of Homeward Bound Pets! All seats are first-come, first-served, and the venue is ADA compliant. Free parking. Doors open at 2:30pm.
