Tai Chi for Adults

Tai Chi Fundamentals is a specific type of Tai Chi with many health benefits that are relaxing, yet challenging while building strength. The individual movements learned will be beneficial if pursuing other traditional Tai Chi forms. Classes provide directions for proper breathing, warm up exercises, and 12 individual exercises with adjustments made for individual needs. Research has shown benefits for people with balance issues, Parkinson disease, arthritis, pain management and other health issues.

Cost: $80 per person
